The process for retrieving your hand histories is a simple one, made even easier by our 'Hand History Browser' embedded in the application.
Here’s how it works:
Hand histories are now stored on your hard drive by default. To retrieve these hand histories:
- Go to the Lobby.
- Click on 'Tools,' then on ‘Request Hand History.'

From here, you can:
- Specify the directory in which your hand history is to be stored.
- Change the default setting from 'Automatic' storage of Hand Histories to 'On Click' storage, in which only the history of the hands you specify is stored (details below*), or to 'No,' which turns off the storage function.
- Delete hand histories by checking 'All' or by specifying a date range or a number of past weeks for deletion.
- Launch the Hand History Browser to begin reviewing hands.
Within the Hand History Browser, you can locate hands played
on a specific date or during a particular period. Simply choose
a table, and the corresponding history of each hand you played
at that table will be displayed below. Each hand is stored as
a small text (.txt) file, with the file name matching the hand
number.
We hope you find this new method of accessing and retrieving
your hand histories useful, and that it adds to your enjoyment
of our poker rooms.
*If you change the default setting from 'Automatic' to 'On Click,' the method by which your hand histories are stored will be changed from automatic storage to storage upon the selection of a specific hand. The 'On Click' method allows you to store only the hands you specify. In our card rooms, the hand numbers of the current hand and previous hand are displayed in the upper-right corner of the screen. Click either of these displayed hand numbers to store the history of that hand in your hard drive, allowing you to retrieve and review it at your leisure.
