Disclaimer
This disclaimer outlines the terms of use of our service. All players at World Poker Exchange agree to the following terms and conditions:

• All players must be at least 18 years of age.

• All players are responsible for respecting local gaming laws and, if necessary, reporting their winnings to their local government.

• All bets are made and monetary transactions conducted in US dollars. All transactions take place at our server in Antigua, and are recorded using Eastern Time (ET).

• All players who choose to play for real money do so at the risk that cash losses may occur.

• World Poker Exchange is not responsible for any damages that may occur in the event that a customer fails to keep his/her account information private and confidential.

• World Poker Exchange will not report wagering information on behalf of any member. The personal identity and details of all members will remain confidential.

• World Poker Exchange accepts no responsibility for technical problems that may prevent our customers from being able to complete a hand. In ring games, if a player is disconnected during a hand, our software will automatically attempt to re-connect the player to the Internet and return him to the table. If the player is able to return in time, he will be able to continue to play the hand during which he was disconnected. If the player is not able to return in time, he will automatically be “all-in,” meaning that he will still be eligible to win the pot up to the amount that he has already invested. Each player is granted a specific number of timed-out “all-in”’s per day. The tally is visible in the upper left-hand corner of the table window. If a player times out with no “all-in”’s remaining, his hand will be folded. The number of “all-in”’s granted may vary depending on server conditions. Players at play-money tables have an unlimited number of “all-in”'s.

• World Poker Exchange reserves the right to add to, delete, or otherwise change house rules, regulations, rake structures, and any other policy without prior notice. World Poker Exchange also reserves the right to refuse or terminate playing privileges to any customer, at the discretion of management.

• The Federation of Antigua Gaming Regulation Board has sole jurisdiction over disputes arising as a result of poker bets accepted by World Poker Exchange.
